Ashton Jeanty 5'8"

Imagine the hate because he’s a Michigan Dlineman. Lol.
Well, we are 0-2 with Michigan DL. I just think the Cowboys facility and the whole country club vibe just isn't conducive to getting the best out of players. Some guys need to be pushed hard.

Remember when a QB from certain schools were automatically dismissed as never going to make it in the Pros?
Yep. Scout the player, not the helmet.

There's a kernel of truth behind some schools cranking out similar prospects. Coaching staffs at the blue-bloods recruit similar types of athletes, coach them up in similar ways, and use them schematically in similar ways.

With that being said, each player is his own man. So Kenneth Grant, say, is kinda physically built like Mazi, and he was used as a classic NT space hog like Mazi, but that doesn't mean he's gonna be late out of his stance on every rep like Mazi.

Maurice Jones-Drew is 5'7
Darren Sproles is 5'6
Mark McMillan was a 5'7 CB who had 8 INTs in a year one time, 23 in his career.
Steve Smith is 5'9
Barry Sanders is 5'8

I have exactly one concern about Jeanty - how long will his career last?

Otherwise I think he is going to be an awesome running back. He reminds me of Marshawn Lynch.

The Cowboys don’t. They just keep making the same mistakes while finding new mistakes to make.
thihey would have learned a big lesson from last year’s refusal to pursue Derrick Henry or Saquon Barkley.

Both had huge impacts on their new teams. Barkley led his to a victory in the Super Bowl.

Apparently no one in the front office noticed this.

Is this why Dallas will shoot for a RB top of draft?

It’s the 12 pick. Zeke went at 4. If Jeanty is there at 12 and we don’t take him I hate this franchise!
