During the off season, our head coach assembled a group of coaches for this team, a lot of us were happy with the choices that were made, while also being worried in the back of our minds. Do we still feel good about the assistant coaches we've assembled, or was it a bad choice in the coaches our head coach chose???

(Let's focus on the other coaches besides Eberflus)

I don't think we know after 3 games.. we have to give them a chance?

I wasn't expecting much anyway.. Im hoping everyone is better after the bye.. and we have some hope going into next season.

I do on the offensive side of the ball.

Despite the fact our return game hasn't been anything special I do like NOT running into the kicker far too often. Bones stressed me out.

Defense im just lumping together as one big pile of crap currently.

Please share your thoughts about my thoughts.

While it’s conceivable Ol’ Schotty actually got to select an assistant coach or two, the norm the past three decades is Jerry hiring the assistant coaches for the new hc, often before the new hc is named. For example, Garrett was hired as Wade Phillips offensive coordinator before Wads was named hc.

I’d like to see them upgrade the training staff if anything. Too many freaking injuries.

I don’t know why they don’t start the young linebackers. Especially the kid from Notre Dame.

when we are 2-8, a few of the assistant coaches will be let go. that will be first Jerry move.

Before we start blaming Eberflus and his coaching staff.

Please explain what none injured talent we have on the defensive side of the ball?

We are bottom 10 team on money spent on defense.

Have we invested a lot of high draft picks on defense lately?

Have we invested in FA on defense?

Coaches still need talent to coach.

Overstreet coaching the DB’s they look horrible . Elam & Diggs both need to see the bench .

And although Aubrey kicks FG’s from anywhere the kickoffs are regularly giving the opponents the ball at the 35 which is absurd. Did Sorensen the ST coach read the rule book ?
