We heard the other day that Phillips was talking to guys about their interest in joining his staff.

Anyone know who Phillips has worked with in the past? Who he might be talking to?

I wish he could have brought his LB coach over but he signed with the 49ers as their DC.

That might have been fantasy though -- with Bum Jr. gone, the Chargers would have promoted him.

I am very high on leslie frazier..but he is more of a 4-3 guy. If your looking for 3-4 guys...why not look at NE, Pitts or Balt.

Prior to working for the Jets, Bradley served in the same capacity with the Buffalo Bills from 1998 to 2000. Buffalo led the AFC in pass defense in 1999 and ranked second the following year. The Bills, who advanced to the AFC playoffs in both 1998 and 1999, led the NFL in total defense in 1999, and ranked third in that category in 1998 and sixth in 2000.

He was the DB coach when Phillips was in Buffalo.

Personally, I wouldn't mind him coming in as a DB Coach, but I would like to see Bowled get a shot at DC.

Why? Wade has almost no association with Bowles and from what I saw from our defensive back field last year.....it didn't appear anyone was coaching that group.

Cottrell was Phillips' DC in Buffalo, and he's since retired so who else off that staff might he want to bring in?

Bowles isn't going anywhere - doesn't matter what Wade thinks about him -- Jerry likes him and we shouldn't be surprised to see him end up as our DC.
