name the NFC team and AFC team you are most worried about facing in the NFC Championship and Super Bowl respectively.

This is tough because as most probably recall, the Saints were suddenly the best team in the history of the world going into last season and that didn't work out so much.

I'm gonna go with:

NFC- Vikings (improved their D, and if their QB plays somewhat consistently, they are dangerous)

AFC- Patriots (obvious choice but I did not see any way we were going to beat them in the Super Bowl last year because we didn't have as good of a D-line as the Giants in order to disrupt that offense. If the Pats bounce back this year they are going to be trouble as usual)

I'm just happy that we're not in the AFC. SD, Cinci, Pittsburgh, Jacksonville, Indy, New England, and Cleveland could all be very solid teams. The NFC just doesn't have that many contenders.

I never count my chickens before they hatch...however, I ain't scared of no team!!

:D

NFC - Vikings, probably the best defense in the leauge, strong runners strong 0line, Jackson will "surprise" some people this year

AFC - no one there all over rated

You think we're going to play ourselves in the NFC Championship and Super Bowl?:)

NFC - No one

AFC - New England - although their time may have passed
San Diego - maybe

I'm worried about the Cowboys shooting themselves in the foot more than anything. The sky is the limit.

Nope. I just think that we tend to 'beat ourselves', rather than other teams 'beating us'.

I don't think there is a team in the league that could outplay the Cowboys when they play to their potential....now they just have to go out there and actually do it.

Edit...I just saw the 'shoot themselves in the foot' comment, and realized you knew exactly what I meant.

I am overconfidence.
I've long since past the point of feeling overconfident on this team.
I have become overconfidence.

My only concern is for injuries.

:hammer:

NFC - Ourselves

AFC - Colts and Chargers. Both teams looked better than the Patsies when they faced off(2nd time/AFCC for the Chargers), but both teams had too many injuries on offense to put enough points. Especially the Chargers.

NFC - Minnesota if anyone
AFC - Indy...they will be right there at the end

Fixed.

As long as Romo stays healthy, we'll be fine.

Not just Romo, T.O. We saw how weak that offense looked without him agaisnt Washington. Granted, Romo was really stinking it up before his injury against Philly, but when you got The Barbarian rushing for negative yards on the game, that let's you know how much the defense respects our air attack without Owens.

I FEAR NOBODY!!!

Lets just worry about getting through camp healthy.

I cant even imagine thinking about playoffs or opponents.

Camp is the most worrisome time of the year. Everyday somebody new goes down on every team. Its horrible.

Lets just get through the next month.

Vikings are a threat if Jackson shows something/which he has not up till now.

AFC: Chargers except that they lack the coaching. Then its as usual the Pats and the Colts.

i dont understand all the Viking love......good D and good injury prone Rb and thats about it.....No QB= suck team

Panthers, Eagles, Giants, Cardinals, Seahawks, Tampa, and Packers are all better teams than Vikes......

NFC - NY Giants - Even without ole gap grill, they are still better than any of the other contenders in the NFC. If Minnesota actually gets a QB, I'll be worried. If Favre somehow manages to return to GB and start, I'll also worry about them.

AFC - Indianapolis - If Indy was healthy last year, they would have beaten the Pats. Cincy also has the talent, but they can't seem to put it together. SD and NE are also very talented.
