But now after thinking about it......its a bad move, at least give RW and TO and Witten, A full off season to all work together

And just warn TO not to screw this up, or we may have to drop you in the middle of the season(im sure we never gave him a warning like this, im sure if we did he wouldn't act up) and he really wasnt acting up that bad

But now, we don't have that Veteran, Big Play threat....Crayton just sucks, im sorry good hands, but is not a number 2

Witten im sorry hes good, but can disappear.....even with TO commanding a double team, he wasnt all that effective, with our O-Line

Austin, could be special, but he gets injured a ton....and RW hasn't done much to command respect that TO did or does....and with Garret back, and his 10 sec per route development we will be blitz'd, pressed, and nobody open

This was just not a good move, im not confident this season, if the D players...who face the O every day, and is flippin out that TO is gone, and not saying things like "hey we have RW, Austin, and Witten" that rings bells, those guys arent as good as we think they are

Austin may be the best of the bunch, but is hurt to often......i dont see us making much noise.....then again we were decent with Keyshawn, and Bledsoe, but we had terry glenn who commanded double teams, but still bledsoe sucked and so did keyshawn....we will see...but i am not confident, but im still a die hard fan, and hope for the best

i just wish we never got TO, and i wouldn't feel this way

All of this was occurring with T.O.

What is your point?? The main reason this move was done to develop the youth. We have Witten, Bennett, Three stud running backs, Williams, Austin.

That is decent.

TN700 it sounds like you've never owned a business or managed employees.

I would bet that what we heard transpire with this team only scratched the surface.

I'll miss TO's 10 TD's. But the fact is that he already received a big chunk of his money and there was no leverage for him to change his spots-- not that I would expect him to anyway.

Some employees are better off just being fired.

I don't know of one instance being reported of Garret causing internal strife within the organization.

With TO, it was something all the time.

i hear you bro, but when you watch the games, and we are being pressured, and you still see play calls that require at least 5 secs to develop, its like ***

and the actual players aren't saying hes a distraction

Hey, was Garrett perfect? You bet he wasn't.

But I think Romo likes working with Garrett.

I can't say he felt the same working with TO.

Plus it's not like this team's offense completely went to **** when it had Romo in at QB outside of the fiasco in Philly when the whole team quit.

Outside of the three game bust when Romo was out, this offense was good-- sometimes very good.

TN700, TO was not commanding Double teams, what teams did all this last year is line up there #1 CB in press coverage with a safety sitting over the top in case TO got lose. The problem is, that TO was no longer able to get free from that coverage more often than not.

A HEALTHY Roy Williams will also command that worst a safety over the top as well, but Roy Williams can beat press coverage, something that TO was NOT able to do most of the time last year.

Also, in case you didn't realize Jason Witten, NOT TO has been our leading reciever catch wise each of the last two years. TO did NOT make Romo, but instead it is the other way around. Romo, Witten, and a pass happy offense made TO (well made him to an extent, those three things made a #2 type NFL WR look like a #1 WR).

it really doesn't matter if it's a good or bad move, our coaching staff is still the same by the time that changes TO will be to old anyways. We'll probably be worse next season but we would have been worse regardless of TO he wasn't the problem and the real problems haven't been addressed
