Dak usually always plays well in the Playoffs. You can play well and also lose the game, both can be true at the same time.

Tampa wasn't a good team, 8-9 in a weak divsion, being the best of the worst doesn't mean much
Sure, Dak played great but even still many of his passes were off the mark
He missed open receivers
He will revert to his real self against SF
He didn't elevate players around him, they just played great
He only wins when his supporting cast plays great

I think you sure Dak gotta be realistic smdh. If Dak played like last night more often he wouldn't have a dang near 50/50 split of fans. That alone should let you know if you wasn't being a blind homer dude isn't consistent as he should be. I know if he played like this more often I'd have less negative to say because guess what he'd be playing good way more often than not. Same way I didn't start talking bad about him until his third year.

Issues is we have always said its a TEAM Game.. if you dont show up and pay like last year 9ers game and have the OL implode with 11 penalty's, can't open holes, no run game, defense didn't play as well as they could early, and play calls suspect., sure dak will not play like last night.

its a team game. We have always said if the team comes to play with him, not perfectly but complimentary football Daks always played well. Hes dont it all year..hes not been inconsistent on his own.. that OL has been pretty below average the last month, no run game for few weeks, Sts imploding , defense not great,,that commanders game you expected Dak to be superman????, Thats a joke.. this is a team game and we as Dak fans said if the team at least plays well, not have to be great just good, he will also be good to great...

we get 48 hrs to enjoy this,
Narratives we heard since last Sunday,

• cant win on the road outdoors
• cant beat Brady, ever...
• cant play on grass
• cant win a road playoff game
• dak cant elevate his game
• cant stop the run
• cant be physical against that dl

that all we heard the last few weeks...

most were ridiculous anyway and i never bought into them, but can we enjoy this game before dooming us next Sunday.. this was a great win.. enjoy it

IF, the Boys are going to go to SF and walk out with a victory Prescot is going to have to duplicate last night's game, minus the slow start. The 9ers beat-up the teams that they were supposed to beat-up, unfortunately for the Boys they played down to their competition. What the Boys have to be ready for are all the bag of tricks the 9ers are going to throw at the defense.

what dak needs to do is what the team needs to do,..stop with Dak, its a team game. dak was able to be dak because the OL, run game and defense also stepped up.. we aren't winning against the 9ers with dak playuig one handed, ie 14 penalties and no run game..remmeber last year that was NOT ON DAK.. teams have to play team ball..

daks never had a horrible playoff game as hes not been the reason we lost but hes been inconsistent and unimpressive at times because welp that OL, run game, and play calls have not showed up to support him..sorry man, im sick and tired of the QB being the focus..

we saw many top qbs have poor games this weekend, low qbr, lots of mistakes and won the dang game because the defense and sts and overall team came in and helped them out.

lets hope we do not repeat last years debacle and fans expect dak to have his A game when the team brings their D game..nah. get that up out of this debate, i give credit to the entire team and coaches for dak being able to shine.

Obviously you've never read many, if any, of my prior posts about Dak.

I have consistently stated that he has several flaws, is not at the level of a Brady, Rodgers, et al and has had long enough to show he's at a top-5 level.

My point was that Dak never gets credit when he plays well (by some), it's always due to the defense, the other team being very weak, lucky breaks, etc. He played at an elite level this past game, but again as I've pointed out several times, the frustration is that he doesn't play at that level, or even close to it, in many other instances.

That is no way, shape or form being a "blind homer"...

This Cowboys team may just be cut a little bit differently than their 2000s and 2010s counterparts that came before.
