The rest of the division looked pretty bad today as well. Not much of a silver lining, but given the circumstances, I'd rather have the division go winless.

Really irrelevant. This is essentially the same borderline .500 team we've been watching for a number of years. It needs a major overhaul, but the Jones family will never hire someone capable of getting that job done.

You don't get it. Winners take every opportunity to win. They don't just maintain the status quo and try to win based on what others in the division are doing.
JUst another 7-9 season coming up. Win one, lose one, and completely unnecessary. Like I said, get rid of the offensive coaching staff now including Garret), today, and get somebody in here that can inspire this team to play the FULL game...

At the worst, we'll be tied for first. So I guess we can be happy that we're in the most winnable division in football. But we've looked awful both games. We almost lost a Giants game where we caused 6 turnovers. Those games are supposed to be blowouts. My concern after last week was that the defense will need to rely on turnovers to be efficient. However, this week was the opposite. The defense didn't cause any turnovers but they still played brilliantly. Special teams has also been good both games. The only constant throughout the first 2 games is that the offense is lousy.

Not saying I like what happened today or that we are anything more than an 8-8 team, but it is only week 2 and we are atop the NFC east with no conference losses and STL at home next week.

Every team will give you a game. This is not breaking news. This is the NFL today. The Colts lost at home to Miami, Philly lost at home to SD, The Texans are going down to the wire with the Titans. You act like it only happens with us.

Holy cow! Losing sucks, but it is one game. Yeah, we should beat them. But I remember our teams in the nineties dropping dumb games too. Don't jump off any bridges yet. If we start stringing losses together, then we will worry.
