Well it's time for that cycle to be broken, he DOES have too much of his hands in my pot. He needs to back off and let those in charge do their job. This is the problem on here people not realizing that Jerry needs to back off, most realize he's the biggest issue
Too much on his hands, the guy lives for this. He does let those guys do Their jobs, they just don’t do it well. But it’s Jerry’s fault just like it’s always Prescott’s fault Everybody looks for scapegoats. People to blame. The blame was last season in injuries. Nothing else you don’t have three winning seasons and all of a sudden suck something else cause it.

There’s a lot of miserable people in this world. And they love that somebody else is there with them so they don’t feel alone. It’s all speculation propaganda baloney. Nobody knows what’s happening behind the scenes but Jerry.
The people that think he’s the reason, most of them are losers in their own life.

I used to enjoy you when you first got here and then you started to follow the crowd because they were agreeing with you and vice versa. Get a mind of your own. You’ll be better off in the long run.

On the Cowboys podcast yesterday about McCarthy leaving, Nick Eatman was complaining about McCarthy being too easy on the players and that's why many of them wanted him back. He talked about no practice on Fridays and McCarthy being like a substitute teacher who everybody liked.
It was camp cupcake 2.0. Mike didn't work these guys hard which is why they didn't work hard, prepare hard, play hard.

That’s not a true statement that is the biggest speculation on the forum , Mike didn’t want Kellen Moore, and if Jerry takes him back, that should tell you’re right there that Jerry doesn’t get his way. There’s so many examples of Jerry not getting his way, but this forum is ridiculously negative.
What’s true is MM wanted KM to stay as OC in 2020 then in typical MM fashion he threw KM under the bus and stabbed KM in the back. KM left MM hired another buddy as OC the offense was worse under MM the play caller. Most of the offense was KMs that MM called his new Texas coast O. Results in the worst playoff humiliation in cowboys history. MM is an inept coach who didn’t fix anything in 5 seasons.

can some of that be the new NFL PA rules, then again I keep seeing in my head that clip where Dan Campbell told his guys they have to prepare and they have to prepare by being physical

Partly but mike ran a softer camp than most other teams. Played few starters pre- season. Admitted multiple times they didn't practice hard during the week. That isn't the rules, that is just him running lazy camp/ practices.

And like Irvin said, letting the players spend the night at home before a playoff game instead of as a team in a hotel to make sure that the team was 100% focused

That is part of it. For a team that can sometimes lose focus I think it is important to remove distractions for some of these guys.

I read it and thought about linking those who ripped McCarthy after a loss and wanted him gone to the same ones crying that McCarthy is gone now.

So many are two-faced.
