At what point does the coach take responsibility for all of these discipline problems?

it's bad enough that we don't win and there is no consequence for our failure in the gridiron. It'd be one thing if we had discipline problems and won games, it'd just be the cost of doing business. We supposedly have Mr. Law and Order, but this team is just as out of control as ever and they can't be bothered to go win games.

I really don't think that garrett has a lot to do with some of these things that go on jerry pushes the envelope on players that turns out bad and makes his coach look bad I think in another city with another owner garrett would be a pretty good coach but here with jerry its hard for him hardy was a huge mistake but it was all jerry's mistake and that don't help with other stuff that goes on .

At what point do you? Buying jerseys, going to games, etc. You are the biggest reason these guys get paid.

I mean, if you want to point fingers....

I'd say the point where he works for a sane owner and actually has head coach type power.

How can I put this politely...

Jerruh doesn't give a rat's *** about character issues, in fact he doesn't give a rat's ***
about anything except? putting ***** in his seats every single year, To do that he will
dazzle and amaze you with smoke and mirror illusions, Coaches have authority and
say over the team, behind the scenes Jerruh is the head of every problem there is
and was created..He refuses to acknowledge that he has been and always will be
the problem for the Cowboys, So to expect the coaches to take control? that's a
laughable thought...but to answer your question? The second Jerruh fires them
for his incompetence is when we know the coaches failed to do their jobs

Oh wait they can't do their jobs my bad

These are grown men coaches are not responsible for their actions off the field. Showing a lack of discipline on the field I would agree falls to the HC and the staff to correct that.
Sorry but it is aggravating hearing people blaming the organization or coaches because of the actions of a grown man and how he lives he own personal life outside of the game. You want to blame someone blame the player themselves

Just curious...what about Garrett makes you think he would be a good coach?

Big Dog...I'll be the Huckleberry here...

The problem isn't with Jerry Jones or with Jason Garrett...but on this thread, the problem is with posters grasping a fist full of blame. Enough to cover any view that can be presented.

Let's go...

Let's start by him having the authority to bench people on game day. About the only thing Garrett has control over is the dress code.

Cant blame Garrett for much of anything. He is Jerry boys front man and nothing else. Heck, he cant even hire his own staff. It laughable...what other club operates like that.
