Anyone have this HDTV tunder card than can pick up the free broadcasted hd channels? Is it as good as they say?

Anyone have this HDTV tunder card than can pick up the free broadcasted hd channels? Is it as good as they say?

No but I want to be able to hook my Sony Vaio VGN-A190 up to my comcast cable which carries a digital signal. Have ATI Mobility Radeon 9700 display adapter.

Got any ideas.
