What part of:

You're making stuff up. The NFL has not spoken one single word about what caused the deflation. We all have our own little pet theories, but the league itself hasn't said a single thing.

As you say, facts are the facts. And the fact that you have to make stuff up to try and prove your point only shows how weak the point is to begin with.

are you not understanding?

The only thing anybody has trouble understanding is your head in the sand clueless delusional take on the situation.

This is the most ridiculous statement I have read on this board. Congrats for that honor!

Landry was a man that EVERYONE respected because he was a man of principle and integrity. A man full of dignity and grace. A man that had respect for others in the league and the league itself and he followed the rules. Belicheat and the Cheatriots are the exact opposite of that in every way shape and form. Win at all costs and the rules be dam***. Belicheat is a POS and has ZERO respect for the league or other players and coaches in the league.

You just fell into a trap, my friend.

Roger Staubach said:
I think the world of him.

When you’re in front of the camera all the time, he’s kind of no-nonsense. But I’ll tell ya, he’s a fun guy. There were a lot of similarities between Bill and Tom Landry in terms of creativity and the X's and O's part of the game. [Landry] didn’t overdo his time in front of the cameras, either, so there are some real shared aspects. Bill’s a really good X-and-O coach. Some coaches are great motivators but they don’t have the X’s and O’s abilities.

Be my guest if you want to call Staubach an idiot - a man who knows both Landry and Belichick and agrees with me they have a lot in common.

I knew the comparison of role models would come up, and yes Landry was a better one for sure. If Belichick has been cheating on a level with Bonds or Armstrong, why has this gone on for fifteen years? Suggests you think the NFL and Goodell are corrupt or incompetent. The hate of you and others does not compensate for lack of facts.

If you are able, re-read Staubach citing these two coaches were all business, masters at football strategy, innovated, did not offer the sports media a lot of material.

One more quote for the Hatriots
Roger Staubach said:
I really root for Bill Belichick I don’t have anything against Seattle. Russell Wilson seems like a great kid, Coach Carroll I think highly of, but I’m a Bill Belichick fan. Unless they’re playing the Cowboys, I’m with New England

Sorry bud, wishful thinking on your part but no trap here. Just becasue Roger says the 2 have similarities on X's and O's and not liking the camera is a far cry from comparing Belicheat the entire person to Landry the entire person. And Roger is just being nice since Bill has ties to Annapolis.

You Cheatriot homers grasp at straws for anything you think might support your delusional thots. Like Rogah you just throw as much crap at the wall as you can and hope something sticks.

Why did he say so much about Belichick and the Patriots?

If Staubach privately had a lot of problems with BB, he would say a lot less or nothing at all.

And it was about substantive similarities.

Here's your argument:
  • I see a lot in common with Bill Belichick and Tom Landry
  • You disagree strongly enough to say that's the most idiotic thing every said on CowboysZone
  • You also hate the Patriots (obviously.) You say you can not be a Cowboys fan and pull for the Patriots.
  • Roger Staubach - who knew both coaches says there is a lot in common with BB and TL
  • Staubach also is a Patriots fan.
  • Your conclusion: Staubach is a traitor and idiot.
You can't scramble out of this one.

Why would I need to even think about scrambling out of that? I didnt say Staubach was an idiot or a traitor. You Cheatriot homers are as delusional as anybody

You might as well - how can you say I'm an idiot and a traitor when Staubach says the same thing, yet he's not?

Who's deluded now?

One more thing for the Hatriots to get upset about.

When asked which QB he would want in the last two minutes to win the game, Staubach said: "myself."

He did give an answer if that QB could not be himself. Guess who? :D :D :D

Who cares?

I'd take Roger too.

And I might even take Brady if Roger wasnt an option and I could get his OL as part of the package.

BTW, what does this have to do with the cheating and the POS Belicheat is as an individual?

Two types of character witnesses:
  • Various Hatriots that often have never even seen Tom Landry or Bill Belichick
  • Roger Staubach - who has know both coaches for years.
So who's word is more credible on if Belichick has character or not?

....and the side about Staubach would want Brady as his replacement is absolutely ontopic as this is nothing but a Hatroit rant thread.

No substantive news on DeflateGate in two months, yet Hatroits still need therapy.

And get crazier. :p

X's & O's is not a character describing quality.

are you not understanding?

To quote myself again:

The Assistant GM reported during the game the balls were deflated. The NFL confirmed this after the SB and prior to this, way before the SB, they confirmed the balls were deflated and they adjusted the balls during the half and they did not deflate via environmental conditions.

Thus, no matter how much you try and spin it, these are facts. So yeah, the Colts organization knew about it and to argue any other point is actually what sounds stupid. I'm pretty sure you realized this after I made you aware of this GM fact, otherwise you wouldn't have said:

Colts GM Ryan Grigson admitted he informed the NFL office of his suspicions prior to the AFCCG, so I am certainly not going to dispute that point. Of course, that raises the $64,000 question: Who did Grigson speak to and what did that person do with the accusation?
But then again, you probably didn't realize the implications...

I have to admit I take quite a bit of amusement from the fact that the people who are jealous of the Patriots are trying to make a federal case over the laws of physics deflating a ball by 1 PSI and completely ignoring the Falcons with their pumped in crowd noise. In fact, not only are they ignoring the Falcons but they actually get mad at anyone who tries to bring it up by way of comparison.

My amusement stems from the fact that anyone being honest would have to admit that if the Patriots were accused of the pumped in crowd noise and Falcons were the ones with balls deflated by 1 PSI, then the same people who act like deflated balls are the end of the world wouldn't give 2 turds about that subject, and would be focused like a laser beam about how horrible and egregious and world-ending pumped in crowd noise was.
