Why are people surprised? Their roster is comprised of UDFA, and cheap free agent pick ups.

They pay QB, TE, LT and FS. The rest are making less then 8 million a year. Sheard was one of their highest paid guys. They are smart and never over pay.

Their biggest FA signings ended up being Chris Hogan, Chris Long and Shea Mcclellin. All cheap and helped win a super bowl

They definitely don't spend much on the running backs and receivers ( as a group)

Well the thing is players cant throw a game, and even coaches, sooner or later it would get out and nfl would never recover.
coaches are that dumb , I see it all the time.

Multi millionaire players and coaches throwing games is far fetched. Officials being influenced by the league to keep games interesting though....well hell it explains how inconsistent games are called.
