What are some of you people on about? In 2014 Julio Jones had 104 receptions for 1,593 yards. Dez had 88 receptions for 1,320 yards and 16 TDs. If Dez had 104 receptions last year, his total yardage would have been near Julio Jones' yardage, possibly with more TDs.

Matt Ryan threw over 600 times, Romo didn't even have over 500 pass attempts. Romo spread the ball to Dez, Williams, Witten, Beasley, and Murray. Get Dez more involved? Put him in better matchups? Why? He's dominating in the role we give him. Julio Jones gets spread around because they lack weapons, they have two other WRs and their TE position is nearly non-existent since Gonzalez left.

Last year in Philly.

6 catches over 100 yards and 3 TDs.

Also took over the Skins game last year with 4 catches 99 yards and 2 TDs.

Before you say otherwise, look at my sig and profile pic. Dez is my favorite player in the NFL. With that being said. 4-99-2 isn't taking over a game. Not even a half of a game. Is Dez better? Yes. Could he take over? Yes. Does he? No. But it's not his fault. Our coaches aren't that creative, period. Not saying we can't win with what we do, if we're healthy. But if we ran that scheme, with our (healthy) players, We'd be unstoppable.

I would love to see what Dez Bryant would do with 20 targets in a game (obviously it means we are probably abandonig the run) but thatw would be a sight to see

Atlanta finds ways to get Julio open. Alot of movement and get Julio on our 3rd CB in the slot.

We don't do enough with Dez. Dez would be a monster running those short slants like Julio.

I also love the Julio scoring play where Atlanta put Julio in motion and run him BEHIND LOS and into the flats for an easy play/catch TD.

I hope our OC watched that. Also our DC needs to let CB SHADOW WR instead of allowing offense to dictate match ups.

The staff decided to let our CBs allow ample cushions to Julio for fear of him getting ahead of them and scoring. Evidently they lack confidence that our CBs could keep up with him. They might be right about that, since he does have excellent speed. Whether right or wrong, their idea was that keeping him in front of them might very well prevent excessive scoring but it does appear that he managed doing that quite well anyway, however.

This is SQUARLEY on the coaching staff. And it is a LAZY approach I might add. They like Dez in one place so they know where the double team is at all times and design ways to get EVERYONE else open. But when you see a talent like Julio TORCHING defenses after the catch....and you see are Wittens and Beasleys get tackled because they are not explosive after the catch...it makes me cringe. And I am NOT saying I do not like Witten or Beasley. But they do not offer what Dez offers after the catch.

I don't know who's better. You're splitting hairs trying to figure that out among the top 3-4 WRs.

The difference I see is how Atlanta will feed him the rock over and over again. 20 targets? If Dez got that many targets, folks would complain that it's too much or how other players need to be involved. SMH.

Hey, don't you need to change your sig? It's, like, so last season and basic addition.;)

Yeah, it's wwwaaayyy past time to change my signature. I'm just lazy.

Anyway, what gives you the idea that JJ is smarter?

I was just kidding. JJ is smoother than Dez. Dez is a beast. I don't know if Dez would be the same moving him around like the Falcons move JJ. But I'm probably wrong. I guess maybe because I don't see us using Dez that way and becase Dez isn't as fast, I can't envision it.

The Atlanta fans of course will pick their guy, and rightfully so. We'll pick Dez and rightfully so.

It would be nice to feed dez more like ATL does with Julio. But we have a more balanced passing attack. And that force feeding they d in ATL won't work every week.
