Attendance ??

What was the attendance at the game last night? From my recliner in front of the TV it looked like there were a lot of empty seats. Would that be because its hot ? or simply that its preseason?

for this time of year yesterday wasn't all that hot, if I will still in dallas I woulda been on my way there the moment I saw all those empty seats.

IMO, I think it's just due to it being pre-season. You can get some pretty cheap tickets to the Minnesota game next week. It's about 3-4 hours from me and I won't go. Besides, how many starters will even be playing in the game.

Like I said before, pre-season really doesn't mean anything. I can't tell you when the last time was that I watched an ENTIRE pre-season game.

If the game was not blacked out in Dallas maybe there would have been more fans. I live in Bronco terrority (Utah) and I was surprised that I got to watch the Boyz instead of the Donkeys!

not full but nearly.
and dont kid yourself...it was stifling hot in the stands, sure it was even hotter on the field.
crowd wasnt too into the game, it being preseason and all. quiet when defense was out there, then louder when the Boys got close to the goal line...
i know...bass-ackwards of what it should be but like i said preseason.
i ran into a lot of first time TS attenders, that is always fun to watch their eyes light up as they look around, especially the kids.

My car said it was 101 at 4 when I got out to walk to the stadium. How much hotter do you want it?

The crowd was late and that is usual for a friday at 7 in the preseason.

By the second quarter the stadium was about 95 % full.

I just got back from dallas, and OMG my first time in texas stadium i sweat my **** off . . . that place was humid and crazy hot... But i loved it, Go Cowboys

Having to pay 30$$ to park in the cash parking lot kept most away........
