What have you heard on Kendricks, especially after his awesome combine? He's short (6') but he looks like he could be a beast pass rush specialist.

My only fear is that he'd be too close to Victor Butler...purely a pass rush guy.

I know nothing of this guy, but at 6' I think you have to nix him. If you are playing at the line of scrimmage, you've got to be able to swat passes down. At 6', you aren't going to swatting to many passes down unless the QB is a side-armed QB like Bernie Kosar.

He played both ILB and OLB in a 3-4 defense; however, he projects to either 4-3 LB or 3-4 ILB in the NFL. A 4-3 team could use him in a role similiar to what Von Miller plays. Miller is 4-3 LB, but often lines up as a passrusher.

That being said, I doubt we go after him. The team clearly places value on size, too much so IMO

With his speed I am sure they are interested after seeing the guys they been playing get abused on the pass the last few years.

Actually I talked about him in one of my posts a while back. He is a player Dallas has been keeping an eye on.

He would be a real nice get for the Cowboys. Defense needs more speed and players with more heart...he has both.

Well, I know he is 6', so I do know one thing and that one thing scream nix him.

That's funny, he's about as tall as Ingram, and people rave about him. I don't like Ingram at 14, I don't think he has a true position to play in a 3-4 defense. Kendricks on the other hand would probably fit in as a ILB, cover LB and special team demon.

I would take Kendricks in the 3rd round if available.

Here we go. What on earth do Kenricks and Ingram have to do with each other? They don't even play the same position.

I just like the way he interviews too. I'm big on guys that are well-spoken.

I would like to add him to the team. He could be good. Had a handful of INTs too, along with a bunch of TFLs.
