Since the draft we have heard that the Cowboys drafted an athlete who would be the kickoff specialist.
Last season at USC David Buehler was booming kicks into the end zone for touchbacks so the Cowboys decided to draft him and stop the madness on special teams that we all saw last season.
Here are the stats on his kickoffs, read here.

If he is being brought in here to be a kickoff specialist then I am not sure it's a good idea for him to running down covering kickoffs during a game like he's some linebacker or safety.
He could hurt the leg or some other part of his body and he's then useless. Stick to the kickoffs kid.

On 180 kickoffs, 105 of them (58.3 percent) have pinned opponents within the 20-yard line, with 69 resulting in touchbacks (38.3 percent).
That's pretty impressive and if he can put up those numbers kicking off for the Cowboys it should help this season.
