wait till the fan base starts wanting vick.

Everytime kolb gets sacked half the fans are going to start chattering about vick and his ability to run.

throw in the racial aspect with a white starter and a black backup.....

if kolb struggles it might not be pretty early on. If he is very good it will throw a ton of momentum in their corner.

That may happen. Those fans would be dumb to do it because Vick is not good at avoiding sacks. He has been sacked quite a bit during his career.

I think Kolb can be a good QB, but it may not happen this year. He still has a lot to learn and he will make some dumb mistakes this year, which most young, inexperienced QBs do. It will take him a year or two to get the hang of the NFL. Will Philly be willing to give Kolb and Reid a year or two to develop? I doubt the Philly fans have any patience for something like that.

I don't know man... that's what I thought when Favre left GB and Rogers took over, but Aaron was good pretty much from the start.

It is safe to assume that in sitting and watching for a couple of years, Kolb has learned some things just like Rogers did.

Rogers might be more of an exception than a rule though. Really, we will just have to wait to find out.

For all the posters on here saying Kolb is going to suck, what do you base that on? Your great evaluation skills of seeing him play 2 games. If your that good then you need to apply for a job for an NFL team.

Look I hope he does suck, but that fact is the Eagles let Donovan go because they believe in this kid. That tells me more then any poster on here on how well he might do.

Rodgers did struggle during his first year as a starter in GB. He may have put together a good season, but he was not perfect. He played worse in the second half of the season than he did during the first half of the year. He cost GB some games, which is one of the reasons they did not make the playoffs that year. Romo did the same thing when he became the starter in 2006. I am sure Kolb has learned some things, but he still has a bunch to learn. Every new starter does.

I think Kevin Kolb is going to end up being a really good QB for them this year, unfortunately...

Even Tom Brady doesn't look Bradyish after a few hits. ;)

Hey, DeSean.

How many times did Terence Newman shut you down last year?

You know, in the first game, when the game was on the line, McNabb was looking dead at you, but # 41 was smothering you.

McNabb started to roll out and looked at you again, but you were covered by # 41. As a result, he got tripped from behind by Butler. He couldn't get rid of the ball.

Bring it on you little, green troll.

I hope the Cowboys do draft a CB at 27.

It will fire Newman up even more.

Bring IT!!!!

Kolb is going to have them calling for McRibb by week 3.

Kolb is going to be making Jake Delhomme look desirable.
