Oh snap, you have to hear who he had a fight with when he was a rookie!!!

And guess who won the fight?

He talks about those early 90's teams having enough talent and chemistry to overcome the 'outside' stuff going on.

Pretty good stuff.

he has a camp where he trains college players, the only teachers at his camp are super bowl championship winners

he had a fight with ken norton jr during erik willliams rookie year, and ken norton jr caught him with an upper cut

erik said they had enough talent to overshadow the things that they did that was an asterik on the team; we not only had talent but we had chemistry

erik says they have the talent but not enough leaders and chemistry, the cowboy players now

a writer asked him about having players as teammates as your duty to come together and play together,, somthing the coowboys arent doing this year

erik coached some of the offensive linemen in training camp last year
