Take your pick. For what's it worth I think he was great on the Irvin Show. Talked about Romo not being great yet and about how he would run a team even if that team has success. When he gets into the stuff about coaching Emmitt more than a backup is when I think I really felt sad that Wade is the guy leading this team right now.

Thats why I dont get why so many people think we'd still have Jimmy here if Jerry didn't let his ego get in the way. It wouldn't matter if Jerry had been the model owner there is no way Jimmy would still be here. We'd have gotten 1 more year out of him, at best, and he'd have been gone. The dude doesn't like staying anywhere for more than a short time frame.

I think Jimmy coaching style takes allot out of him. I think he is happy with what he is doing now still around the game but also with a good life he can enjoy at the end of the day.
