Here's BAD Radio on The Ticket talking about T.O. comments on Romo last night...
BAD Radio talks T.O.
Youtube does have some great, and I mean great as in the best that ever was, sources for video/audio.
I think it's possibly Romo and T.O. can mend the fences, but it's never going to be the best buddies thing again.
These two are just like us. We get in fights with friends all the time and although we are still friends the memories are still there of the fights and the betrayal so it's never exactly the same relationship.

Now some people will say that Rick Carlisle isn't the greatest coach ever, but it's not really the results because sometimes a great coach has a team that just won't listen or they just aren't talented enough.
It seems Wade is a guy who just like to pretend everything will work itself out. I hate that mentality.

Here's Norm again. This time he's talking about Romo...
Norm talks Romo interview with Archer
I was down on Romo after hearing him at the podium after the Eagles loss.
But I was glad to hear him back away from that stuff in the article done by Archer.
Romo has to grow up and learn his role as a leader as well as continuing to be a great QB.

Here's Jen Floyd Engel from KTBB.com talking Cowboys...

I agree the biggest mistake that Jerry Jones ever made was parting ways with Jimmy Johnson. That structure that was in place at the time was awesome. You know it was awesome because the team still had major success two years after he was gone. I could see the Cowboys winning at least two more Super Bowls in the 90's had Jimmy not left.
Wade is a doofus. Period, Point Blank!
I don't really care if Wade talks or not. Jen is right. He's not in charge of anything anyway.
Wow. That thing about Jerry saying he wants to win more than anything and then not getting himself a real GM who will let the coach run the team is a pretty insightful comment. Sometimes you can't see the trees thru the forest.

Here's John Seibel on ESPN Football Today talking about Romo and leadership...
John Seibel talks leadership
Romo is spectacular at times. But he's also erratic at others.
Would he be a 'better leader' if he was less flashy, but more consistent?
That's a great question. Right now I don't have an answer.

Here's Matt Mosley on with Seibel talking about Romo's 2008 season...
Mosley talks Romo
Mosley hit the nail on the head with Romo. This coaching staff had already anointed him the next Brett Favre just a little too soon.
Parcells was doing the exact opposite. He was keeping him grounded enough where he was thinking that mistakes weren't ok because it's just part of the game. I think in 2007 Romo did enough to overcome the mistakes and still win games, but that's not always going to be the case. The offense was racking up monster numbers and once that slowed down a bit the mistakes starting becoming a bigger problem.
Can Wade reel him back in? I don't think has any presence with Romo at all.
Can Garrett reel him in? Maybe, but that's if the offense is playing well and there isn't any in fighting going on. That's a big maybe at this point in time.
What about Jerry? I don't think Jerry even knows where to begin when it comes to reeling players in.
Can Romo do it himself? We may have the answer to that when the 2009 season in all said and done.
-----------------
We finish up with Nick Eatman and Darren Woodson talking Romo, Garrett and Terrell Owens...
Eatman and Woody talk Romo, Garrett and T.O.
The QB is always the most important player on the team. He doesn't have to be the greatest player, but he has to be able to win games while leading the rest of the team.
As for some of the team respecting Romo. In some ways Romo has to win some of those guys back, but if he does play well and they are still not falling in line then those guys have to go.
I would love for Tony Romo to have a little more Troy Aikman in him. I think we all would.
Did Garrett turn that St.Louis job down? Hmmmm.
There was definitely something weird about how that whole thing played out.
Garrett can't 'put his foot down' with Wade and Jerry coming out publicly and backing T.O. when he starts complaining. That's just not a working environment that can be successful. If anything they should avoid the topic altogether.
I don't think Wade is out of the woods just yet either.
T.O. on the chopping block. The people that don't believe this is something that's being discussed right now are crazy.
When the team goes down to Alabama for the Senior Bowl and neither Wade nor Jerry are willing to come out and say 'T.O. isn't going anywhere' which would stop all the talk then you should be able to understand that they have not made a final decision on him yet.
And Drew Rosenhaus and T.O. can come out every hour on the hour and tell us he isn't going anywhere, but last I checked neither of them in the GM of the Dallas Cowboys.
