My 41 year old son was 12 the last time a Lombardi was raised.

True. Mostly, I was thinking about the insulation that he will always have. If a Cowboy’s fan started heckling him from the sideline, I just don’t see any engagement other than him agreeing that he’s disappointed the team could not be better.

He will never willingly go on air and face a real firing squad. But in fairness, would any GM agree to that?
