Got another great interview from Bob Sturm of BaD Radio. They had Pat Kirwan of NFL.com on to talk Cowboys with those guys at the Super Bowl late last week.
Seriously, Pat Kirwan and me are on the same page about everything in here.
Pat Kirwan talks Cowboys
The Terrell Owens stuff has been done to death and the season only ended about a month ago. But I have to admit from where I stand Kirwan is right on point about this egomaniac.
I sure hope Roy Williams can become a great player because with the contract he just signed he's going to be around for a while. Now if he could learn to stay away from the mics I would like him a whole lot more too.
Romo. I really wonder how much of his downfall is from all the BS surrounding him these days. I am not trying to say he doesn't deserve all of the criticism he gets for his poor play, but can you imagine trying to become a better player in this crazy environment at Valley Ranch these days? That's not an easy task my friend.
Jerry Jones is not going to change. I think the man's mind is fried right now. He's not sure where to go for the answers as to how to get this team back to the top of the NFL world. He's tried to bring in good coaches and good players, but it's just not working.
Maybe Jerry will start to give a little more power to Stephen Jones in the future. He's not ever going to give up his executive power, but we can hope he would at least start to let more voices be heard when making important decisions.
