When the Cowboys lost to the Skins a few weeks ago everyone was making a huge deal about how Shawn Springs shut down Terrell Owens. That is such a joke! Springs barely even played in the second half of the freaking game and he had all kinds of help over the top with a Safety.
Here's Springs trying to feed us some more BS on The Michael Irvin Show today...
Springs is a big time BS'er
I am begging Skins defensive coordinator Greg Blache to put Springs, Hall, Rodgers or Smoot on T.O. or Texas Roy with no help over the top. Tony Romo will have 112 TD passes in the first half, lol.
And the funniest part of this is that Springs may not even play this week because as usual he's injured once again.
The Skins defense isn't going to stop this offense this time around because they can't just focus their attention on T.O. this time. Now they have to worry about #11 tearing them up as well and I trust Romo will slice and dice them for at least 300 yards and 3 TD's.
I do wish Ron Springs all the best. That is truly a sad story and I feel for Shawn here. I definitely feel his pain when it comes to the aspect of talking football with your father. There isn't anyone in the world I loved talking football with more than my father. So to all you guys who still have your dad around I would just tell you to cherish these days.
