NO I'm not usually prone to hyperbole, but these two are insanely talented. Romo isn't chopped liver so if you think about it: could they be the best duo the NFL has ever seen? Yeah, if all 3 can stay healthy and the Oline is rebuilt next season with another right tackle and at least one more dynamic guard. Where does Roy Williams fit in? We'll see but it appears that against the Texans that Red started to figure it out. NO team can double all three and if they devise a scheme to stop them then you run wild with the three backs we have. I still have a funny feeling we can get to 10 or 11 wins but it has to start with the Tennessee game.

Not so sure...if you're talking about a duo playing most of their respective careers together then quite possibly, depending on how things turn out obviously.

Jerry Rice and Terrell Owens is hard to beat otherwise.

Good point...I was thinking Rice and Taylor but there is NO doubt Owens was better than Taylor. Problem was Rice was so jealous of Owens that they never reached the potential they could have in my opinion. Swan/Stallworth were formidable as was Pearson/Hill for the Cowboys.

Don't really think TO and Jerry Rice are even in the conversation, unless you are going on their total body of work rather than just the years they played together. They were really only dynamic at the same time in 1998, when both had 1,000 yard seasons.

If you look at Wayne and Harrison in 04, 05, and 06 there is one outrageous duo.

Think that Austin & Dez could become the most dynamic duo ever, particularly when we remember it was only in 09 that Austin finally came into his own. Then we add Dez this year. Hopefully we will have both for a very long time.

I also want to say a word for RWilliams. I cannot say too much about the importance of having a WR of his caliber who now finally showing us what he really is capable of. Essentially we've got a #1 in Austin & 2 #2's in RWilliams & Dez. Most NFL teams simply do not have the secondary to deal with all 3 of these players if/when they in the game together. So I can't wait til when we go 3 wides; believer that happens when Dez gains necessary experience in route running & picking up defensive adjustments so he can make similar adjustment in his route running.

Besides if one of them goes down, we will still have 2 very healthy & good young WRs so our passing game won't be drastically effected.

Without looking it up, I'd say that Carter/Moss, Bruce/Holt and Wayne/Harrison are among the very best in terms of talent and production.

I think this duo of Austin and Dez could turn out to be one of the tops in the game. I would not put them up with the best just yet but I see potential of them getting to that point.

Welker and Moss will join the ranks when its all said and done.

They could be someday but Miles has to cut back on the drops.

They will be hard to stop. By the end of this year I think these two are on the Boldin and Fitz level.

What happened between those two that made Jerry Rice jealous of T.O.? I thought it was T.O. that ran Jerry Rice out of San Francisco.

Closest comparison that I could think of.

It started against Houston.

I hope you're right, meaning the Cowboys are about to go on a crazy winning streak. I'd enjoy that ride.

This is so incredibly farfetched at this point its ridiculous to even talk about. One WR has had only one top year in his career to date, and the other hasn't even had a year in his career yet, much less a top year. To even ponder for a split second that these could be in the same category as Rice/Taylor, Harrison/Wayne, Stallworth/Swann, Moss/Carter, is nuts. For that matter, you can't even whisper their names next to Gary Clark/Art Monk, Isaak Bruce/Tory Holt, Jimmy Smith/Keenan McCardell, Clayton/Duper, Biletnikoff/Branch etc. Even in today's game it's way too early to even talk about them next to Moss/Welker.

When these guys have played together a few years we can discuss this. For now it just makes no sense.

Pretty cool having two top talent WR on the team and having a QB worthy of playing with them.

Man, with the WRs we have, I almost wanna see us throw it 60 times a game.

I know we have to run the ball, and have maybe the most talented backfield in the league, but shoot, thats like having a Ferrari and only being able to drive it to the mail box at the end of the 40 foot drive way. I wanna see both Miles and Dez with 150 yards and three TDs each, each week.

But I also like seeing Jones break a 60 yarder. Man, Garretts job of spreading the ball around is tough indeed. Ah what a problem to have. Now we just have to figure out how to get the maximum out of everyone.
