According to NFL Network, these are the best players not yet signed as of now:
1 RB Chris Johnson
2 TE Jermichael Finley
3 G Davin Joseph
4 G Travelle Wharton
5 WR Sidney Rice
6 WR Santonio Holmes
7 WR Miles Austin
8 DT Kevin Williams
9 DE Anthony Spencer
10 QB Josh Freeman
I wonder how many of these will be signed before the draft.

Probably none.

Teams will wait to see who they get in the draft like always..

..then there will be roster movement.

Is there a health/attitude problem with Davin Joseph? Depending on his money demands he would be worth a look IMHO.

Travelle Wharton seems to be coming off a good year. Wonder if Dallas will look at him if they don't add a guard in the draft.

I hope not. His success dictates how high our comp pick for him will be next year.

Comp Picks are primarily based on new salary, and he was cut so we don't get a comp pick for him regardless.

Austin will probably end up in New England at a Kraft friendly rate...

Actually it won't. You only get that compensation for players who's contract has expired and you don't re-sign. Player that have been cut have no bearing on comp picks.

Edit: seems I've been beaten to the punch several times in this thread. I need some coffee.

Austin is in good company (Sidney Rice and Santonio Holmes) of once promising WRs.

I think Austin will be brought into someone's camp. Why not? When healthy the guy is a solid (not great, anymore) contributor. I could see him signing somewhere like the Jets. They may even cut him before week one and re-sign him the following week just to protect their interests. I've got no hate for Miles. I'm glad he's gone (it was just time to go) but I wish him luck.

I've read that Austin is a hot commodity and his choices are reportedly down to Shop Rite and Whole Foods. They're probably outbidding each other right now.
