Austin Dropped Passes...

Not that any of them are putting on a clinic recently, and I know it was a lot more fun picking on T.O. about this (especially by the media), but is it me or has Austin dropped in excess of about 2 passes per game this entire season?

Cut him now. He should leave with Wade. The two of them can go submarine some other franchise. Hopefully, they land with the Commanders or Eagles.

He'll make a spectacular catch, but he's never had great hands consistently. Watch how he and Dez catch a ball, it doesn't look the same.

He is trying to make too much happen I agree. I didnt get to see the game, only highlights. But I saw a ball go threw his hands, then he lay there as the ball went the other way on the INT. I was just as upset with his effort to get up and make a tackle as I was the ball going threw his hands.

He's run into the same problem Williams had last season; he's pressing to make plays. Too many times these guys are looking at what to do next instead of valuing making the catch above all else.

Reportedly she was at the game. As far as his drops, I am totally baffled. Miles is one of those guys we thought we could always count on. He saved the season last year. Now he is just as snake bitten as the rest of the squad. When it rains, it pours. And his contract has nothing to do with it.

Pressure, plain and simple.

With this team always against the wall everything counts and that puts a lot of pressure on the players to make plays.

Bottom line, this is a team game and everyone should pitch in to take away some of the pressure.

Lack of focus. Period.

No need to blame voodoo, hoodoo, gypsies, odd number years or whatever lame excuse. If you focus and catch the ball cleanly, the ball won’t bounce off your hands and into the defenders behind you. Weird how luck needs a lack of focus to work.
