Austin Police ask robbery victims to call 311 instead of 911

I went to a 311 concert. During the show the main guy changed clothes like beyonce or someone like that. That is all I remember

In Austin’s defense, every time I’ve known people in any city who dealt with police on this type of matter, most of them were blown off. Get yourself a cam, know serial numbers, etc.… try to find as much as you can yourself to give them something solid, or it may just be another case in the file drawer of oblivion.

I moved from austin in 2007. I went back through it around 2019. They had added a ton of stuff, development, and improved a bunch of real estate. I couldn't put my finger on it, but somehow with the improvements, it seemed more dirty and trashy. It was "weird"
