Here's the only worthy player I could find in any recent new wires that might be avail. ( yep he's a Commander ...LOL )

Speaking Monday, Commanders coach Jay Gruden said Matt Jones is "doing a good job of competing for a spot at running back."
Jones has been trying to force his release, but things could be complicated by Keith Marshall's season-ending injury. The Commanders have appeared perfectly content to hold onto Jones as their No. 4 back, though they would undoubtedly flip him for a conditional day-three pick. Jul 31 - 3:14 PM

I'm rolling with McFadden, Morris, Rod Smith, and maybe Ronnie Hillman. A committee approach behind this line will get us through the Zeke suspension, which hopefully gets cut to four or fewer games.

The last thing Dallas should do is get away from the run because Zeke isn't playing. Teams have to know it doesn't matter, Dallas will run the ball down ur throat!

Yup. That's why they didn't trade Alfred Morris during the draft, when he could have netted a late round pick.

Frankly I would be more worried for the team if T. Crawford was lost for the first 6 weeks... Not because Crawford is better (he ain't) but because the Cowboys are loaded at RB and not so much at DE.

Reality. Dez doesn't have the ability to be the reliable star and Witten doesn't have the gas. Honestly Linehan will have to call the best 6 games of his life. There wouldn't be a down that I didn't have Switzer and Beaz on the field at the same time.

and when he comes back, he will hurt his hammies. Geez, reminds me of going into 2015. I felt it would be a let down year with injuries, player turnover etc. I think they will be back in 2018.

Don't think Dallas misses the playoffs because of Morris or McFadden starting for a few games...This is a very tough schedule, it's the defense that will be the determining factor if the Cowboys make the playoffs imo
