Could someone post help/assistance on how to add an avatar to your profile?

Or is this information already available somewhere else on the Zone site?

Hostile was kind enough to add mine several years ago as I am not tech savvy.

I am so tired of seeing those putrid ROWDY avatars, it causing me nightmares...

Maybe someone could post some help ???

We should pin this post for a few days and "shame" all posters with Rowdy avatars until they change them...
