I thought this would be fun.

I got a couple.

Sylvester Stallone

Iconic Movies in Cinematic History

1. Rocky
2. Rambo

Quiet Riot

* Song that is considered "iconic" for their time. Still played today at ball games etc.

1. Cum on Feel The Noize *
2. Metal Health (Bang Your Head) **

** Bang Your Head was considered the song that launched the 1980's/MTV Metal revolution that would take place

So, in summary. Stallone = bad actor. Quiet Rioit = bad group. But they still did what they did.

Kudos.

Cum on Feel the Noize was a Cover originally by Slade though.

Does movie that has become a cult classic, but is an extremely ****ty movie count too?

Like say, Raising Arizona?

Or are you looking specifically for no-talent, great movies / songs etc?

If so, Probably just need to Google "one hit wonder". :laugh2:

Yes, I know.

Didnt go anywhere for them.

Joan Jett got "I love Rock n Roll" from someone else too... Turned it into GOLD!

"I Love Rock 'n Roll" is a rock song written in 1975 by Alan Merrill and Jake Hooker of Arrows, who recorded the first released version. The song was later made famous by the hit version recorded by Joan Jett & the Blackhearts in 1981.

Joan Jett is talented as hell though! I believe she is a top 100 guitarist of all time for MTV or maybe it was VH1.

You're sort of fat aren't you Sam?

Fat? No. I'm a little heavier than what is considered proper for my height.

I'm 5'11 about 200lbs with a 44" chest and broad shoulders. When I was running 3 times a week and lifting twice a week, I was 193lbs. So, I consider myself about 7-8lbs over my optimal weight.

Slade is an awesome band . Underrated , really underrated .

He has had a lot of bad movies and bad performances; but he is not a bad actor. You watch Rocky and you cannot say that was not a great performance.

for some reason i just cant get bill bates out of my head when thinking about an answer
