Awesome News!...Playing at Texas Stadium (Pics)

Well guys I play high school football for the Copperas Cove Bulldawgs, and we just beat Dallas Woodrow Wilson in the second round of the playoffs yesterday. As we leave Stephenville on the bus, our coach announces that we will be playing Texas High, the number one ranked team in the state, with Ryan Mallet, the 6'6 245, Michigan commit, quarterback, at none other than TEXAS STADIUM!!! Its been my dream to play there my entire life, and it will be only my second time ever even being in there. We play friday night at 7:30, come out and support the bulldawgs if you can!!!!

My darn Lufkin Panthers lost yesterday...

I have seen Mallet play in person several times as he is from the area in which I live. He is the real deal so you guys play tough. You've got to put pressure on him and play a tight man coverage. He will pick the zone apart...

He is a great talent but he is strictly a pocket passer, and has little or no mobility. He's slower afoot than cbz...

Thanks, yeah we've watched him on film. He throws bullets, thats for sure. I could NOT believe it when I saw Lufkin lost to Round Rock. Thats a shocker for sure. (Lufkin beat us last year in the 4th round of the playoffs.) Dez Bryant will be a player though. And yeah Hos, this really is a dream come true for me. You have no idea.....

Dawgs, what number are you? I'll be there. Watching playoff high school football at Texas Stadium is something else. We saw South Lake Carroll last year play one of the four games scheduled for that day.

My friend who's an Eagles fan (and surprisingly, a nice guy) was telling me how he was able to walk on the field in Texas Stadium (he's in JV) and "pee in the locker room".

It must've been a great feeling to be able to do that...

Yesterday was the best day of my life. Thats the only way I can describe the events that transpired. We got there and walked into the locker room. That wasn't that exciting for me, but then we walked out of the tunnel, and stepped onto the field. The minute i stepped foot on that ground chills went through my entire body. That was the most indescribable feeling. The game, was just amazing. The best game I've ever played/seen in my life. When theres an article up about it i'll post it because I can't put into words how great a game it was. Heres some pics for you guys.
