His name is Miles Austin and he is still available. I stand corrected, I guess it is Brandon Marshall. Austin has good measurables too. 6-2 215 4.49.

I think the WR from UCF is still out there, name eludes me right now.

Let's do it. It's worth it to invest in a small school WR with the possibility of hitting big in a year or two ... ala Jerry Rice, TO, etc.

I don't like gambles on day 1, but if we can calculate our gambles on day 2, it may be worth it.

Can anyone provide a scouting report for this kid (brandon marshall).

I know he's huge (6'4" & 230) and has adequate speed for someone his size (4.5 range). Don't know much else about him tho, except that he's impressed some folks during the post season allstar games.

He's definitely a project w/ upside. I think he was a converted safety? Is this true?

Brandon Marshall is a HUGE kid. He's got decent speed (4.55) and is pretty raw. But he's a very team first guy. His junior season UCF had a ton of secondary injuries so after starting the first 3 games of the season at WR, his coaches asked him if he'd help out the team by moving to safety (a position he played in high school). Not only did he do well, he led the team in tackles for the season (started 7 games). Then this past season he moved back to WR where he caught 70+ balls for over 1100 yards (was 16+ per catch).

He's got more overall ability and can help by playing special teams. I don't know if he's a demon, but he's one heck of a prospect. I'd love to basically tell him to follow the TO workout plan.
