Back from the GAME!! PIC Included

Just got back from the game. As you all it was a great game. I wated to post a couple of pics to share. The OLINE was awesome and Romo looked great. Some of the pics were taken after the game at a local resturant.

Now that i got some sleep i thought i would add some observations i saw. I thought the offense looked sharp. The Giants double teamed T.O. in the first half on almost every play. This opened up the middle leaving a linebacker to try and cover Witten. Witten destroyed the backers and was open alot. I saw several plays where witten was open but the play went somewhere else.

I thought the oline played outstanding giving Romo plenty of time to throw.

I know Barber is the best back we have. Its obvious that the fans in Texas stadium feel the same way as the cheers were obvious when Barber would enter the game. He runs much harder and wants to punish the defender. He is proactive instead of reactive when it comes to being tackled.

I think we have a real QB in Romo He looked very poised and under control.

As far as Defense is concerned. Im suprised Roy Williams is taking so moch heat. I thought Henry had a terrible game as did Hamlin. I do have to give credit to Roy and Reeves for takling Plexiglass at the 67 yard line when he had that long catch and was caught from behind. The giants had to settle for a field goal on that drive. The tackle saved 4 points.

I thought the Crowd was louder then most games and dont agree with those who chaim the crowd was quiet.

One thing: You should have told Carpenter to either grow the goatee or shave off teh 'stache. He looks like a Broke Back Cowboy

When the head coach declines to say who missed assignments in the secondary or who was out of position then I think Roy Williams gets the blame, it's a recurring theme now...

Owens was quiet in the first half. I watched him as he would come back to the bench and usually would stand off to the side on his own. This is not unusual for him as that what he did most of last year. He doesnt really interact with alot of the players. In the second half after each touchdown he came back to the bench and pumped up the crowd. Then he threw each of his touchdown balls into the crowd.

If you can show me where Phillips places ANY blame on Williams then i'll believe you. I listened to the press conference and he did not place blame on Williams. Rewatch the game, expecially Hamlin and and Roy and i think you will have a different take. Dont get me wrong Roy make several mistakes including the ID pass between him and Reeves. But to place all the blame on Williams when Henry and Hamlin had terrible games too is wrong.

I was wearing the Jones Jersey from last year, but i bought a Barber Jersey before i left. I was able to get Romo and Barber to each sign a mini helmet too!

The pictures were from Champps Resturant off 114. Several of the players go there after the game to eat and watch the other games. 3 Cowboys cheerleaders ate at the table next to me but were wearing street clothes but were never the less HOT!

Thanks Cas2800. Glad you saw an exciting victory! I've been to the Chiefs and Colts' games the last two years, and those contests are exciting and rewarding when we get the 'W'!!
