Really-there are NO leaders on this team. Even when SOMEONE tries to step up, the rest of the 53 man roster doesn't respond. It was the same way under Parcells.

Just something I've observed when the cameras show the sideline activity. With TO, the cameras are on our sidelines alot more than usual.

It's funny you mention Bennett. Today's performance made me wonder why we don't try to exploit his athleticism more often. He truly is a physical beast out there.

But then I find myself answering my own question. He's a rookie, and he doesn't seem to sulk anymore, so I'm willing to be patient ... but with that said, he is a microcosm of what's wrong with this team. So much ability, but undisciplined. Had a goal line drop last week, right? Had the fourth-down false start today. Very mistake-prone.

You have clearly never seen Elway, Manning, and many MANY other quarterbacks get in their defenses face for all things ranging from gripe outs to just overt support.
