But seriously, it was a great first game to attend.

The stadium was probably about 1/3 Cowboys fans. My entire row save four people was filled with Cowboys fans. We knew the second TO dropped that TD pass that it was going to haunt us, you’ve got to put them away when you’ve got the chance. Honestly we were all extremely sick of TO by that point, considering the celebration penalty when the game was still far from decided. Piece of……

Couldn’t say enough about Romo. He was spectacular, and watching him live was pretty fantastic. The Commanders in our row were all very impressed, and expressed as much everytime Brunell screwed something up (i.e. his wide open field on 3rd and 2 that he nearly threw a pick on.)

Anyhow, after he threw that pass to Witten, it was delirium on our part. A huge portion of Skins fans headed down the stairs, and were going to leave, until it happened. I don’t want to talk about it. You know what happened, and you know it was crap.

The long walk down the ten or so flights of ramps was tough, as every drunk Skins fan continued to pass you on the opposite flight letting you hear all about it.

I was able, though, to find Matt (Danny White) and his tailgate action. Even though he completely bunged up the NFL broadcast we were promised (j/k….) it was nice to head down there and talk about how awesome Romo is.

After that, as it got dark, I headed back to the metro, which was also rough, since the road out runs right past it, and everyone was generous with their horns for the guy in the Williams jersey.

I’m glad I went, and I’m definitely doing it again next year, but damn…..

Sorry you had to see a game in which we lost in such a crazy manner.

But at least down the road, if Romo Pans out like we hope, you can say you were there for one of his first starts.

Nice story dude, too bad you couldn't enjoy a nice Cowboy victory after having to put up with Deadskin fans.

Thanks fellas. At least the Cheerleaders were hot, and that ridiculous Commanders superhero guy had his stupid antics where he stomps on a Cowboys flag cut short byt the game coming back.

What a punch in the nuts.

We'll be talking about this one to our grandkids SP. You can tell them you were there. I'm envious despite the outcome.

I spoke to Hostile last night. I was there also.

Never seen anything like that.

There is a difference between losing, and being beaten. You lost. You weren't beaten. It had a lot to do with luck of the bounce.....and we all know that bounce has gone Dallas' way at the end of games a few times in the past. So, all I can say is that I'm very jealous you've got Romo (Even though that dumpoff pass was from 2 yards beyond the line ;) ). Thanks to yesterday, Brunell is the starter for awhile...even when Randel El has a better arm. I don't get to see Jason Campbell for quite a bit now.

good luck next week (Not too much luck though)

You're right about that one. This was an instant classic. I'm thrilled that I went, even having to endure the 20 minute walk down the ramps. I'm gonna make this a regular thing.

Also, having fighter jets fly right over your head......awesome....

The Cowboys display was sickening. Going for two after the first TD was way overthinking the situtation. There doesn't seem to be any urgency on the team. Twice now I've seen the Cowboys field goal team pretty much not block. The first time it happen the other team called a timeout to negate it. Yes, I know VanderCrap kicked it low, but it probably wouldn't have matter considering how bad they blocked. The defense has given up (4) pass interference penalties (3) on Anthony Henry alone. (Parcells says he is his best defender? I think not)

I don't think Parcells has control of this team and that creates a conundrum. You have a great coach, but he isn't controlling the team. I don't think their are any other coaches out there that are as good as Parcells, (coaching mind wise) but Parcells doesn't seem to be himself. He usually has control over his team and gets them to do his bidding. This Cowboys team seems to play so lackadaisical at times. (making stupid pentlties) Ware doesn't seem to be learning anything. It doesn't seem his game have changed at all since he arrived. The Cowboys must get some kind of pass rush without sending the house. The Cowboys gave up 300+ yards to a spuddering offense without Moss.

The Cowboys of today do not understand nor do they seem to care what the Cowboys vs Commanders mean. If they had, this gave should have been a vulgar display of power by the Cowboys to take the words from Pantera.

I believe Parcells should make a statement. Review the game and pick 1 or 2 of the worst offenders last night and deactivate them for next week. Parcells either needs to regain control or maybe it should be his last year. I can't handle the team returning to the way it was between the players and Campo...

I was there and that was a long walk down the ramp afterwards. That's all I can say.

No urgency, or no discipline? TO can shout Parcells down now? Check please...I've had enough.

+1 for Pantera reference. The team is so businesslike.

It was tough. Most of the fans I ran into one on one were very nice though, took the game for what it was, and were very nice. It was much better than I expected.
