Well, it's that time of the year again. I want to do better and get into shape so I can enjoy the holiday season by eating whatever I want. So, in the morning, I'm going to drag my lazy *** down to the gym and do a little cardio. Was doing real well earlier this year and just quit around spring break.
 
I joined in the beginning of March, and I've been pretty good about sticking with it. Went down about 3 or 4 pants sizes.........but this high protein diet needs to go. My farts have been waking me up at night!

I did the lo-carb/high protein thing a few years ago. Let's just say I can relate.
 
I didn't even go this morning and with a stressful week looming I'm not sure what's going to happen. If I could get myself to go I know it would help with the stress.
