I stole this from a Cowboy fan on ES. I closed the window and am lazy and not going to attribute it, but if it's one of you gentlemen, my apologies.

Here's a link, though, for you finnicky types:

Good thread concept, though, if the research is accurate:

How many QBs could have brought his team back within the last 24 seconds*and 2 scores down* to win the game.....After throwing 5 ints and losing a fumble?

How many QBs could have even turned such a game around..And WIN it?

I did a bit of research against some of the greats and current greats. Be surprised...I couldn't find a single one. Perhaps you can....

Some Legendary QBs with 5 picks in one game....

Dan Marino-1999 Loss
Brett Favre-2005 Loss
Troy Aikman-2000 Loss

O.K. then how about 4 picks in a game with current "Great QBs" and *one Legend*....

Tom Brady 5 times-(2006,2005,,2004,2003,2001) Loss-Loss-Loss-Loss-Loss
Brett Favre 3 times -(2003,2002,1999) Loss-Loss-Loss
Peyton Manning-(2001) Loss
Roethlisbereger-(2006) Loss
Jim Kelly-(1996) Loss

Yes, it was a bad day for Romo....When his Magic show didn't go as planned, he still pulled the rabbit out of the hat at the end. Try to find me a QB that can make a great day out of his worst possible one...I can't.

BTW Romo has never thrown 5 ints until today, not even 4...His worst was 3 ints when he replaced Bledsoe in his first NFL action.

Who'd a' thunk Brady threw 4 picks in a game 5 times since 2001?

What amazes me being in the Charlotte market and listening to the radio is how, even though Romo has started what would be less than 1 NFL season he somehow is expected to be Peyton Manning already. The kid is going to make mistakes.
