Figured they'd take him if he was there. They were talking about getting Boldin and Edwards so it was a need for them. But he will really on contribute on ST right away. I'm not that concerned about it.

Ok, whatever. I don't see it that way and he's a guy that will probably take several yrs to make a big impact as a WR.trading for Boldin or Edwards, or drafting Nicks or Britt would have worried me a lot more than Maclin.

Philly will be serious threat on offense this year. What I don't get is why they traded up 2 spots to get him. Cleveland at 19 was not going to draft him obviously and though the Lions took a TE, I could not see them drafting another WR in round 1.

This just in in a bizarre trade, the Eagles gave up the rest of their draft and selected Air at the premiere position, Cowboys packed in the season. We have reports they left the draft.

He really is a lot like D Jackson, only bigger. That's scary no matter how you cut it. I would have rather they took a running back, or a tight end. I really thought the Raiders would take Macklin. ******.
