Bad pick at 9

Lol i've laughed at people thinking Watt or Jordan are viable options at 9. But this one is even worse. lol Another Forum i visit has a group of people thinking selecting Phil Taylor is the answer to Dallas' problems with the 9 pick.

I wana know what some of you feel about this logic. And what your reaction would be if this happened with the 9 pick in rd 1

Phil Taylor is lazy. I wouldn't take him in the 4th, much less pick #9.

I know this thread is titled bad pick at 9 but I think moving up to get Peterson, assuming it will cost 9 + our 3rd is a bad decision. I also think Watt is a bad pick at 9..Here are a few others

nobody seems to want to use the 9th pick for a player. All anyone wants to do is trade down , find a mock that has use actually using the 9th pick and i'll show you a 3+ page deep of complaints about that player or that fans "perfect" trade down scenario.

If your telling me that we could get peterson the best player in this draft , the player we ALL want and all it would cost is a 3rd round pick? in a heartbeat!

You are right, there aren't many players that are worthy of the 9th pick..Here is a list of players I would like at 9

As much as I think trading down makes sense for a team desperately in need of offensive linemen, giving up a 3rd to get Peterson would be totally justifiable IMO,,, that guy will be a difference maker an Sundays and the likelihood of Jerry blowing that 3rd pick is pretty high anyways,,, Spend the 2nd on OL and get a vet ready to start in FA.
