Why would you want a man's face tattooed to your body? If it was your kid or loved one, that is fine, but someone you do not know?

If it's a leg, why is the tattoo upside down? If it's an arm...GOOD GAWD...how did this "person" haul their morbidly obese selves out of the bed to be able to even get to a tattoo parlor!?
