Just looking at how he moves, you can tell he is a player.

This is why I laugh at people who immediately say "oh he is just a 5th round pick" etc etc

My fear is they will lose a good player as they will keep 3 QB's, when they should only keep 2.
None of the 3 backups are worth keeping to develop. Pick one and live with him, and get the other 2 on the PS. No one will poach them.

Don't think either of these two are in jeopardy.

My guess is that they will have 2 QB at cut down, with Cooper Rush as the sacrificial lamb. He'll have a handshake deal, resign the day after cutdown, as Dallas moves all their injured players to IR, where they will be eligible for recall. Don't think they'd take a risk on Grier passing waivers.

He has some things he could clean up, but he does make the roster based on his instincts that match a really nice skillset.

Obviously, a coachable player and overall great class.

Our UDFA class is going to contribute a lot to this team this year.

Enough that it could really make a difference.

I've personally never seen an UDFA class with half as much talent as this one has, outside of Romo, of course.

Bland has clearly outplayed him and if retaining Joseph cost us Bland then indeed this FO is a train wreck.

Joseph makes the team, and so does Bland. Maybe Joseph goes to IR, but he makes the team, imo. He has play well.

Joseph is going to IR, they wont let him get away.
Last PS game and undisclosed head injury,, just the legal way to stash.
Joseph is getting outplayed, still young and dumb, but needs to be retained.
Bland is going to be the very positive young CB prospect for those that want to see, really love this one.
We will keep both, but Bland is already proving to be what we wanted to see out of Joseph.
Joseph gets a time out until proven he can grow up, Bland is the rook that takes his job.
Life in the Bigs, like a face slap sometimes if you dont get it soon enough someone is going to replace you.
