Bale apologizes for 'Terminator' tantrum

did you see the documentary on which it was based? Bale really nails the character.

I haven't, but certainly sounds like something I'd like to see.

So how are things out west Abe? I have to say I'm jealous of all you in warmer climates. It was -17 celsius here the other day!

The documentary is really interesting - Werner Herzog directed both the doc (Little Deiter Needs to Fly) and the film based on it. Herzog actually became very good friends with the subject of the doc. Bale reportedly was a huge fan of his work and wanted to work with Herzog for a long time.

Things were warm today but really, where we live it is much more the "hates California its cold and its damp" part than the "sunny and 72" part. Nuthin' near -17 C though. (Song and a movie reference in the quotes... song is probably easier).

If Christian Bale got THAT worked up over a scene in a Terminator movie, you know its going to be gold like the majority of the rest of his workk

If I'm not mistaken it turned out that "incident" was a lie. It never happened. From what I understand the mother and sister made it up or something.

I thought something similar.

I thought it wsa reported that he had cursed her out in public and where ever he was has some sort of law against that or something.

Who kows, the whole story sounded fishy anyway.
