The Rams made free agent outside linebacker Tully Banta-Cain a contract offer but he left St. Louis without a deal in place.
A deal with St. Louis down the road can't be ruled out but Banta-Cain will continue to test the market. The Giants, Jets, Steelers, Dolphins, and 49ers could all make moves for Banta-Cain in the coming days.
