Barber face-masking tackler, anyone see it, should it have been penalty?

Barber had a long run and it looked like he grabbed and twisted the facemask a bit at end of run. Is that a penalty that was missed under the new rules?

the refs sure did miss the brown grabbing his facemask on his first td dive.

also the pass int. call on owens was ridiculous to say the least.
