Has shown in this game. Barber, is the better all around back.

TT has speed, but until he gets better with everythin else, i want barber in the game.

BTW the fumble you cant bleame him on. both hands on the ball.

Oh whatever. IF only one gets to play, we don't know how good the other one is. Don't even say one is better than the other when only one of them is getting a chance to show what he has.

I agree with the original poster.

I think he may challenge Julius at some point as well.

I like his versatility and tough running style.

Any way you slice it, we look great at rb.

i think barber is solidifying himself as someone who is going to get 8 to 10 carries a game when JJ gets back...JJ better stay healthy cause he has someone on his heels now...MBIII is the real deal...we are going to have a potent rushing attack when JJ comes back...

I liked MBIII last week, I like him even better this week. Keep it up, cause JJ may not be back even next week.

I hear what you're saying and agree. But, man, that sounded naughty.

With the state of our offensive tackles, anyone suggesting Tyson Thompson full-time does not know football. Simple as that. Just feel blessed that we have a fast rookie in Barber who is dependable enough to handle these duties right now, because it could be A-Train getting all the duties.

Then whos fault is it?

MB3 is better then TT but he fumbles the ball too much and that is why Parcells dosent leave him there most of the game and TT misses block and that is why we are stuck with ATrain.

I loved the way MBIII ran at U of Minn.
He has a good combo of size, speed, vision, and power. Has better wiggle than TT.

TT has 8 games splitting starts at San Jose State

Barber schooled at a Big 10 program. Barber is further along and prepared to play for us.

Hambrick....right. Thats why nobody could catch him on the sweep. Why he busted right up the middle for another 15 yards. Why he kept churning his legs forward for 8 just now, while Barber gets the call on third down, hesitates, and gets tackled in the backfield. Im not saying Barber isn't good, im saying give TT a chance BP!

Hard to believe anyone would be cracking on EITHER of these two kids.

Particularly in the midst of a game like this.

Hello, it's possible to appreciate what BOTH can bring to the table.

It does not have to be about 'who is better', but about how each's talents can be utilized, especially in the absence of JJ.

They are both playing like rookies today, but both have contributed.
