To get to 1000 rushing yards for the season.

Do you think he'll get there?

Assuming he plays against the Redsk*ns in Week 17, I say he just barely makes it. He's averaging just over 60 a game.

It will be close. Philly and Washington both have pretty good rushing defenses, and the two games against them earlier this season were among Barber's worst by rushing yards and YPC. Carolina gives up over 100 yds per game so that one has potential for a bigger day, and I imagine Barber will still get a fair share of snaps in the final game against Washington. Who else is there to give snaps to - Jones and Thompson?

Edit: I didn't actually answer your question - I will say no, but only by 10-15 yards. Hopefully I'm wrong.

If we win the next 2 games, I'm not sure how many carries Barber will see versus the Commanders. Maybe he'll play a few series, and then it's T Thompson time.

I think he will get it.

I think at this point Jones is only playing to keep Barber fresh for the playoffs!

Witten needs around 45-50 to get 1k in receiving yards this year.

Hopefully Witten gets that and (much) more versus the Eagles.

So it appears. While im content with the running game as a whole, I know upgrading Jones would make the Running game beastly.

Witten is leading all NFL Tight Ends in receptions and yardage, and he's a close 3rd to Gates and Clark in TDs.

Woah! T.O. Still is beating Randy Moss. I woulda thought after yesterday's game, Randy would pass him up. I Hope T.O. gets the most yards this season. :)

MB needs to have couple of good game and he'll get there. MB chances will increase if we have the leads.

What is the record for TE receptions in one year?

someone said:
Jason Witten already owns the team records for catches (87) and receiving yards (980) in a season by a tight end, setting them in 2004. He has a chance to break the NFL TE receiving records this season.

Witten has 42 catches for 540 yards, putting him on pace for a 96-catch, 1,234-yard season. Kansas City's Tony Gonzalez set the TE catches record with 102 in 2004. San Diego's Kellen Winslow, the father of the Browns' soldier, set the yardage mark with 1,290 in 1980.

Witten is on pace for nine touchdown catches, which would tie the team record for TEs set by Billy Joe DuPree in 1978. San Diego's Antonio Gates set the NFL record with 13 in 2004.

So the records are:
Catches: 102
Yards: 1,290

Witten currently has catches: 80
Yards: 955

So he is 22 catches and 335 yards behind those records.

I don't think he will get 335 yards in the final 3 games.

But he could get 22 catches, especially if he has another big game like last week.
