Barber vs. Barber

There are currently tow Barbers in the NFC-East's house: Marion Barber in Dallas and Tiki Barber in NY. If I had my choice of either one, right now, I'd tae our very own MBIII. Tiki is a great back but the Bears showed just how much he needs his OL to be succesfull. His age is catching up to him and his footbal-interest is waning him towards retirement. On ther contrary, MBIII is just beginning, and already he is becoming the new premier workhorse back in the division, and if Thomas Jones (aka brother of Julius Jones who is soon to become MBIII backup) can easily run on the Giants D then MBIII should GALLOP over them - he is that good.

Man, Tiki Barber still had 140 yards rushing against one of the better defenses in the NFL, I'd take that any given Sunday from Julius Jones or Marion Barber III.....

Tiki rushed for 141 yds on 19 carries that is damn good for an old man as you put it.

haha mbIII over tiki no way man. tiki is a beast i have 2 admit even though i hate the giants, but u can't be a homer all the time. i would rather take EDGE over JJ though.

Actually, Tiki is clearly a better back than MBIII right now. Many here who posed replies clearly misunderstood my initial point. I'm not argiuing that MBIII is better, all I'm saying is that he's on his way to being as good. MBIII has the on-field production and is a workhorse back, much like Tiki. Tinki is retiring; MBIII is just starting. Under those circumstances I'm glad MBIII is our barber because I like the kind of haircuts he's giving defenses!

P.S. I will agree that Romo is better than elim Manning, who is the MOST OVERLY-OVER-RATED QB in the whole NFL.

Yeah I am biased to MBIII because he is a Cowboys... but Marion and Tiki average around 5 yards per carry.... thats all I care about... Marion has more TD's too

Tiki has been one of the top running backs this year. Marion needs to get the ball more. No one, and I mean no one runs harder than MB III.
