He's a hell of a tackler, probably as tenacious as his brother, however I believe he ran the 40 in something like 4.7 which is pretty bad for a secondary player. He's more of an in-the-box type, but I've seen him projected as early as a 5th round pick.

I think he'll probably catch on somewhere as a special teamer, but wouldn't expect much of his pro career at that position.

You can see his stats here, and read some of his profile here.

He's rougly the same size as his brother, but a lot slower, and not nearly the prospect Marion was... candidly, I think he's too slow to make it as a safety in the NFL, but he's a solid, reliable tackler, and apparently a very good special teamer...

Be advised that his team finished dead last in the NCAA stats last year in total defense...

True, I also read somewhere that he was easily the best player on their defense.

He was, but isn't that rather like being the smartest kid in the Special Ed class??

I've heard he was pretty much the best player on the team, although that doesn't say too much. He's probably not as physically gifted as his brother, but if we were to look at him, it'd be his attitude attributes that I'd hope were genetic.

If he doesn't get taken by the seventh, and we haven't picked anyone (zbikowski) at safety, I say why not. He may be our replacement for Killer. Better yet, he might go undrafted.

I wouldn't mind taking him as a RFA.

Put some meat on him and make him a linebacker.

Heard the guy interview on Sirius. He seems to have a good head on his shoulders. Very smart and well spoken.

He said his first year he had to practice against his brother and got ran over.

Out of curiosity, what is your definition of RFA and how does it pertain to a rookie?
I guess that picture of Timmy wasn't very effective.
