Batman v. Superman Trailer Tease

1st 2 superman movies were good (liked the Donner version for 2nd one). Last superman movie made money. I liked the batman movies. Flash and Wonder Woman movies should have a fan base. But yes of course Marvel has the hit track record of late. I do think the Justice League should be a fun watch.

Meh, first 2 Superman movies don't count imo. I'm not hating on DC characters in general, just recent string of DC movies vs Marvel movies.

I'm assuming you mean "The Dark Knight"... you didn't like Batman Begins, or the original Tim Burton Batman? Or The original Superman or Superman II?

We really scraping an old barrel if we pulling out the original Superman/Batman movies. Adds fuel to my point imo.

I'm speaking the recent stint of Marvel/DC movies, to be clear. Back in those days, DC was clearly superior to Marvel movie wise. I'm not a fanboy of either franchise, but right now Marvel outclasses DC significantly, which was all my comment was meant to infer, in defense of someone who was hating on recent DC movies.

The first 2 Superman Movies were good, sans the time reversal sillyness. The original 2 Batman movies were also great.

Begins not so much. Rises not at all.

TDK might be one of the best superhero movies ever.

I want DC to do well, I honestly do. Batman vs Superman already has my money by title alone, but I have my doubts after seeing MoS.
Also excited for a Aqua Man movie believe it or not.

I think it could be pretty cool if they use Frank Miller's "The Dark Knight Returns" story. I know bits and pieces of that story have been used in other Batman movies, but a film adaptation would be pretty awesome.

The DC character I really want to see a movie of, is Lobo. I knew there had been plans off and on, but nothing has ever happened. That's just too bad, a Lobo movie would kick some serious caboose.

To DC's defense... The Original Superman, & Batman films were so successful It just created a windfall of sequels, & sisters that were just for money.
They really didn't jump back into the game until Batman Begins. ( I don't know if I would count Watchmen, and Green Lantern was Just horrible.)

But where was batman and what was he doing in MOS?
We always know... There is a vs... Then they get over themselves and start the "dawn"

There had better be done real meat and potatoes before the actual dawn happens... Lol

I don't think the entire movie is going to be a physical battle between the two characters. The altercation between the two will probably take up a small percentage of the movie. The title is misleading in my opinion. Ironman will briefly battle Hulk in the upcoming Avengers movie. Batman will done a power suit to fight Superman as well. In both movies there will be much more to the stories than theses big fights.

Well form Wikipedia, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, & Victor Stone / Cyborg are also in the movie. So will they too be against Supes? Or will some/all other than Batman be on his side? Though it states their roles are minor.

Supes has to know Batman is gonna use kryptonite (in this movie). I just hope they don't make Supes as some kind of country dumbling that has no smarts.

Superman is iconic be he does tend to charge in head first a lot and when he gets beat he re-thinks. Look at the original Zod Movie, the Luthor Superman Clone Movie. He does tend to be a bit naive or at least strategically challenged.

Audiences next saw Henry Cavill's face on screen. He started to rise up and charge toward the camera. The scene then cut to Ben Affleck's Batman in full Batgear charging toward the camera from a far off distance. The next shot showed both of them running toward each other, Superman from the left and Batman from the right. The scene cut to black as they were about to hit.
