To embed the video you need the small youtube identifier tag that usually comes after an "=" sign in the url.

for this video the little tag is LU8DDYz68kM&hl. But I assume you got this video from somewhere else as the url is way crazy.

Next time, take that little tag and put it between youtube brackets.

Replace the "{" with "["
